Hi,
Is there a way to remove the Sharepoint Quick Launch from one of the sites that I have created under the Sharepoint's main site?

Answer : Remove Quick Launch

Yes.
1. Click on the Quick Launch Link
2. Modify Settings and Columns
3. Change Gernal Settings
This removes the item from the quick launch bar. If you want to remove the quick launch bar all-together, then you will need to modify the page in FrontPage 2003
