Question : 2007 Excel Formulas

I have an attached inventory worksheet that I need two formulas.  I have prepared the sheet and described the formulas at the bottom.  If you have any questions, let me know.  I have tried and tried to create this formula, there are too many arguments.

E28: ="Mixed-"&INT(E27/E25)

E29: =MOD(E27,E25)
