Question : Show Unique Product with Unique PDL

Sir, I am attaching a sample excel sheet and need your help. The product is not in order in the sheet. We need to see at the bottom summary of unique Product with Unique PDL like this:

HSD Exports W            0
HSD Exports W            6
JP-8 Exports            3

Can anybody help me?
