As enriquecadalso has already shown you a way of killing the session,
you can also use the /admin or /console switch
start > run > mstsc /console or
start > run > mstsc /admin
that will log you on as the console (id 0 ) and you can then log off someone else ; You would have to have the administrator privilege username / password.
