Question : outlook 2007 displays white text
Ok here is a weird one for you guys. I upgraded a PC here from
outlook 2003 to outlook 2007. She still maintains word 2003 and
excel 2003. Anyways after upgraded her i get a call a few days
later that she cant copy and paste into outlook from word. I thought
it was some formatting issue. Until i saw that everything she copied
and pasted into outlook had white text until physically change the
font from white to black. Now this would be very annoying to me
so i searched on Google and seems that it relates to her having
outlook 2007 and office 2003. Well it isn't possible to upgrade her
to office 2007 at this point. So i uninstalled it reinstalled it, did
a repair and it is still doing the same thing. When she types into
outlook its fine its only when she paste things in there. The
stationary and fonts has the theme greyed out. I am at a loss here
any help would be greatly appreciated.
