I am going through an interview for a windows administrator. I have got a list of technical questions. I have also thought that if these questions will be answered it will be very much useful for the whole community.

These look like homework questions... even if they are for an interview, I do not want to answer them nor do I think it's appropriate if anyone else answers them here.

You're applying for a job, if I understand you correctly.  You should know the answer to these yourself or you'll be LOTS of trouble within days of taking the job.  

The worst thing a company can do is hire an admin that doesn't know what they are doing - or cheats at an interview by getting others to fill in the answers.
