Question : Sync .pst calendar with Exchange calendar

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003 and use local .pst file for my email, etc. I also manage my master
calendar in this PST. I connect to a cached Exchange server account, which is my business work email and download my email to the PST. The invites all come to my local PST and when I accept invites they go to my local calendar. Note I  can copy/move items between the pst and the exchange mailbox/calendar without any problem.

I would like to sync my personal (i.e. master) calendar (i.e. local .pst), to the calendar in my exchange account. 1-way sync only, i.e. .pst to exchange, not the other way.

Also, I would like this to happen automatically, i.e. as soon as I accept the invitation it should go to both the calendars.

thanks
Tushar

Answer : Sync .pst calendar with Exchange calendar

Tee, sorry I forgot to address your actual question after my little rant!

In short

Outlook can only have one default calendar, I do not believe there is a way for you to have a meeting that you accept go into two calendars automatically.

You could manually copy them over, say at the end of each day

Right-click your source calendar and select advanced find
Do not enter any search critiria, just click search
use CTRL+A to select all items
Drag all items from the search window to your server-based calendar.
