Question : I have a Windows Server 2003 OEM key, but only a Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition Disk. How can I use the Enterprise edition disk to install regular Server (non-enterprise)?

I have a server with a Windows Server 2003 OEM key on the side, but I do not have a Windows Server 2003 OEM DISK to install the system with. I DO have a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition OEM disk, but I don't think that'll work with the Server-only key...

Or is there any other way I can get a legit OEM WIndows Server 2003 disc (ISO from microsoft?) for my key?

It shouldn't work - I would suggest calling the system builder and asking for a replacement CD.  OEM keys can be locked to the brand of the computer (in the case of Dell or HP) and will only install on those OEM CDs.
