Question : Windows 7, adminpak for 2003 servers, and exchange

I have windows 7 ultimate 32but on 2003 server domain environment.   I need the correct link for loading adminpak and is there a download link for the exchange component or do i have to load it off the CD?  Last thing, is the 64 bit of windows 7 not worthy of using in a large windows network environment because of compatibilty issues with printers and applications or is something to consider now?

There is no reason that I can think of that the install would be blocked. If it is installed, go to Programs and Features --> Add Features --> Add RSAT features.
