Question : How Can I forward email from a mailbox to a distribution list in exchange 2003 using a forwarder?
I have an email address ma.customerservice@fxxxxx.
com as one of the addresses assigned to the customerservice mailbox. However when I send email to the address above it never seems to get to the receiptants. I do have a distrbution list for the customer service. How can I create a forwarder that forwards email to the receiptants in the customersiservice distribution list?

I was able to resolve this problem on my own by going to the the customer service mailbox and clicking on the EXchange General tab followed by clicking on the Delivery Options button and selecting the the Customer Service distribution list.
