Question : how to access the mdb file

Hi i got a query,
  I am not that much well versed in programming, I have a access file which contains data with me. I have it on a cd, i copied the file.
 but when i try to open i cannot, please let me knwo the step by step procedure how could i  open that file to see the data. May be I should connect to my access, how can i do that please help me
 Also plesae let me know how easy is it to convert data from MS access to VB.net

Answer : how to access the mdb file

In the database that contains the forms (DATAF1), go to file > get external data > import  then navigate to the DATA1.mdb. You should then be able to link to any table you need.
