Question : Clipart is crashing Word, how do I recitfy this?

Several of my staff in various locations are finding that when they try to insert Clipart in Word, it crashes. I have run a Repair and have even upped the memory, but it's still happening. They can search the online Clipart Gallery and use the Clipart there ok.
Any advice would be extremely appreciated. Thank you, Jodie

First, make sure the affected pcs are current with both Windows and Office updates.

If that doesn't solve the issue, could you please provide more information on what happens when Word crashes.  Does the pc just lock up?  Does the user get an error message? (please provide error message if this is the case).
