Question : MS Excel: is there a way to highlight the row you've clicked in

I have a very wide spreadsheet that spans across both monitors.
I'd like a mode for viewing that whichever row i've most recently clicked in, it highlights the row so i can "navigate" better across the sheet.
Currently i have to manually click on the row number to highlight the row

thanks!

Hello willsherwood,

What you ask can be done in VBA but it is difficult to keep it in synch.  I suggest the cross hair app from Mike LIn as http://www.mlin.net/ with which a simple ctrl + 1 will display and undisplay the cross hair and the cursor can move freely without affecting the displayed bars
