Question : Admin pack for windows 7

Is there an admin pack to go with windows7 to add tabs to exchange like in XP? If there is where can I download this and will it really be needed or did Windows 7 just drop the tools?

As of right now you can download the RSAT app from MS which will give you AD remote functionality, but I don't believe that there an integration with Exchange at this point.
