Question : Drive visible in Disk Management, but not in My Computer

The machine uses a USB hard drive for backup - the drive can be seen in Disk Management, (where it shows the partition as healthy, but with 0 free space) and is assigned a drive letter.

It can't, however, be accessed via My Computer, or the CMD prompt - giving "drive not found" errors.

how to get the disk back online?
