Question : Drive Letter on Boot Partition .... Made a Mistake

When loading windows XP fresh , I let it call itseld " I  ".   This is causing problems for certain programs that demand the use of the  C drive in certain instances.  For exmaple, Itunes wont open even though it installs fine.    I already own Acronis home but I was wondering about some free partition program that could maybe correct this.    Dont know, I may have no choice but to format this sucker again and start over.,
