Question : sql 2005 service pack 3 fails on install

first time post here.
I get an error when installing Sql 2005 serive pack two.  Its fails from the WSUS server or if i download the exe and run sp2 install.  I also attached a log file
 This is the error from the event viewer
Event ID:      26

This is also anothe message from event viewer when installed via windows update
