Question : GPEDIT.MSC is missing

Hi,
In the "RUN" command, when I type GPEDIT.MSC, I get the message "Windows cannot find GPEDIT.MSC"
I have a feeling this is a huge problem.  Is that correct?

Main Question is: That said, is a fresh install of windows awaiting me or can that be fixed?

Answer : GPEDIT.MSC is missing

Which version of XP are we talking about - GPEDIT is NOT included in XP Home so re-installing will not add it.
