I did not get a chance to do ASP.net as accidently I remove the "server connection" so I decided to re-install wsus3. However I do appreciate your help. Below is the answer from Lawrence Garvin(Principal/CTO, Onsite Technology Solutions, Houston, Texas).

The "Reset Server Node" happens whenever the connection betwen the console and the WSUS Server is interrupted. This can also happen if the connection between the WSUS Server and a back-end database server is interrupted.
Essentially it happens because the console is hypersensitive to connectivity, and doesn't properly implement retries as well as might be desirable. If the console is attempting to do a refresh or data retrieval and the IIS server times out, or the database server/service times out, the result is the "Reset Server Node" screen.
