Question : cannot remote desktop, am i missing something

For some reason I cannot remote desktop to this one person's machine. RDC is enabled, firewall allows it (I can remote to everyone else's pc except hers') restarted the service many times. Downloaded and installed the RDC executible from MS's website just in case it was removed. I've done all of this, and still no luck. Turned off Symantec Network Threat Protection completely, and still cannot RDC In. From her pc, I can rdc to other pc's but no one can get in.
500 points to whoever can tell me why!! This has been bothersome, and I hate to have to wipe her pc completely.
