Question : Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.

I receive this message on my laptop when I try to send an e-mail from programs. It happensd from several programs. Omni-form and Word  

"Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again."
From Word I also get the following. Word couldn’t send mail because of MAPI failure “Unspecified Error”
Excel - gives same error but adds: GEneral mail failure. Quit Microsoft Excel, restart the mail system, and try again.
 
I can send an e-mail directly from outlook.

This is a common error

When you send using this option, within other programs, you are not really using Outlook.
You are using something call MAPIMAIL

IT would appear that MAPI is broken, you will need to repair it:
