Question : Open a new Excel 2007 instance in Windows 7

Hi,

Is there an easy way to change so I can open a new Excel 2007 instance in Windows 7? (by just double click on the worksheet in Windows Explorer)

I tried to Check and Uncheck "Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) and "Show all windows in the Taskbar" but none of them worked.

Sorry, that functionality is disabled in Vista and Windows 7.  There are some good 3rd party apps to fill in this gap, though:
