Question : Exchange 2010 Spam Handling Hub Transport Server

Experts,
What is the recommended approach to handle spam on an Exchange 2010 handling email via a Hub Transport Server? If possible please let me know if there is some documentation on configuring the antispam resources.
* I can not install an Edge Transport server and i can not buy the store front security at the present time.
