Question : How do you print a MS Outlook Calendar in color?  Need to export to PDF while maintaning color also.

I am trying to print a MS Outlook calendar in color.  I also want to publish to a PDF while keeping the calendar color also.

Well not to sound condescending but obviously you have to make sure you have a color printer and the driver is set to print to color (usually under Advanced/Preferences).

Also ensure the entires on your calendar are color-coded (categories, etc.).

PDFs same, provided that the calendar is color-coded.
