Question : Exchage Error SPAM question.

Ok I set up a new SBS 2008 server for a client. It has nothing on it for spam or antivirus but today while trying to send an email to one of the coworkers from an outside email I got this error. Does SBS come with some sort of spam filter that I am not aware of?
