Question : SBS 2008 insists I have not ran Migration Prep on source server; I have

I'm attempting an SBS 2003 --> SBS 2008 migration.  I've done all the prep work per the Microsoft migration guide (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=52b7ea63-78af-4a96-811e-284f5c1de13b&displaylang=en) and have ran the prep tool (sourcetool.exe) on the source server (apparently) successfully.  I've created and copied the SBSAnswerFile to the SBS 2008 server, which detects it and begins SBS Setup in migration mode.  I've attached a screenshot of the error message I get on the SBS 2008 machine.  Clicking "check again" just circles back.

I've confirmed good connectivity from the SBS 2008 server to the SBS 2003 server (shift-f10, start , authenticate).  The account I created on the SBS 2003 server which I used to run the Migration prep. tool is an Domain, Schema and Enterprise admin.  I've ran adprep manually on the SBS 2003 server and confirmed no errors, have manually installed the 21 day migration hotfix, confirmed Exchange 2003 is in native mode, confirmed domain functional level is at 2003, etc., no dice.

Answer : SBS 2008 insists I have not ran Migration Prep on source server; I have

Looking at the source server/domain setup/user accounts/etc. was barking up the wrong tree.  I reformatted the destination server and re-installed, then the migration tool ran perfectly.  I'm not sure what was wrong, the server was fresh from Dell with their default SBS setup on it.
