Question : Citrix SSL certificate import

Hi-
We are trying to renew our certificate for our Citrix server. The expired certificate is showing that it was valid from 1-21-2008 to 1-21-2010, we ordered a new certificate from Thawte.com. We got the email that said it was ready and I downloaded it and have the data in text file (encrypted). I have tried the following link for http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX106028 and never get propmted for the password. Any ideas why we cant convert from PFX to PEM which we need to upload to CAG.
