Is there a way that i can secure my sql server 2005 (express and standard edition) so that noone can hack it using password recovery techniques.

Whether the customer can hack your passwords is irrelevant really. If you give them the database then they can attach it where they like and access it with any sysadmin account. A licence agreement is the right way to protect your intellectual property.
