Question : How do I detach a label from a textbox on a form?

I created a form using the design Wizard in Access 2007.  I'm now practicing editing and formatting techniques.  How do I detach a label from a textbox, so I can rearrange them?  I can't figure it out.

can you move 'a' control and the label together?

if you can, select the label, and place the cursor to the upper left corner of the label and move it .
