Question : How do I get my report to format correctly?

I need to send our donors their annual donation summary statement (the only report in the attached file).  I need help with:  1. Displaying only the donations made by the donor listed in the yellow highlighted box instead of all the donations by all donors. 2. Displaying the sum of the donations in the blue highlighted box.  Thank you.

Answer : How do I get my report to format correctly?

Open the last download that i had submited and click on the Donor report Button that is now under the Select donor label on the contacts form. this will bring up a listing for Bobbi she has 7 items if you open the report directly then adam at equi-sport   is the first person in the list because of the sort and he only has 1 item.

So click the button to open just the person that has the focus in the Contacts Form.
