Question : Outlook Meeting requests not going into the calendar

I have a customer with Outlook 2003 on exchange 2003 and when I attempt to send him a meeting request it just won't reach him.
It is saying "This meeting is not in the calendar. It may have been moved or deleted".
Outlook app is patched ok and can't see anything awry with his set up

Anyone any idea why this is occurring ?

Recreate the Outlook profile. Profile corruption is the source of many strange behaviours in Outlook.
You may first want to save away the address cache (the .nk2 file) which contains the addresses the user has prevoiusly sent successfully. You find the .nk2 file here:
C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
If you do not know how to recreate a profile: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829918/en-us
After recreating the profile you can restore the .nk2 file to the same location assuming you used the same name for the new Outlook profile.
