Question : Import text file of contacts into Outlook

We have a list of hundreds of contacts and businesses that are in non-standard format.  These contacts are in a text file in a format such as this:

Full Name:      John Doe
Last Name:      John
First Name:      Doe
Job Title:      Business Manager
Company:      Company Name

Business Address:      Company Name
1111 Street Name
France

E-mail:      [email protected]
E-mail Display As:      John Doe ([email protected])


Is there any automated way (macro, program, etc.) of parsing this information into a standard csv file or xml file without having to do it manually?
