Question : Unable to Install Office Communicator 2005 after Un-install
I un-installed the client's Office Communicator through Add/Remove programs. When I try to re-install it, the installation appears to go through, but the Microsoft Office Communicator folder is never created within Program Files. She is a domain user with local admin rights. I also tried with the local admin account.
We were able to replicate this issue on another laptop with a slightly different image. Not sure if the image is the problem, or possible a GPO.

All the computers are running Windows XP with SP3.

I ended up resolving the issue by manually deleting the REG keys.
