Question : How do I disable File Download Security warning dialog box when trying to download a file from Internet Explorer

I am trying to navigate to a website (via Internet Explorer) from within Excel VBA code and then click on a button to download a file.  I can click on the button to download the file, however I get a File download - Security Warning dialog box.  Is there a way I can bypass this dialog box, or is there a way I can click on the "open" button on this dialog box from within my VBA code?
