word = Word cannot start converter mswrd632
Excell = the file you are trying to open "file name" is in a different format than specified by the file extension.
any ideas on how to resolve this so we can view these files. thanks.

These are not proper word or excel files. Viewing contents with a simple stream reader indicates that they are likely masked viruses. I urge no other experts to try and open this and ask the author to remove them as soon as possible.
