Question : Mouse Keeps Scrolling Up
Hello,
I have a computer that is driving me insane... the mouse itself is fine. I've tried it on another computer and it scrolls and works fine. But with this computer, it keeps scrolling up and it only does it in Explorer type windows. The start menu on Vista scrolls just fine. But, when you open Control Panel or pictures, it just scrolls up constantly. If i plug a new mouse in, it works fine yet again.
I've removed the device driver from Vista and it still does the same thing. Ive tried plugging it into another USB port, hoping for it to reload the drivers, but it still wont stop scrolling up.
So, basically, it only scrolls up when im in Control Panel or any type of Explorer window. It works great everywhere else.
The Logitech software isnt installed. Ive also uninstalled Synapsys from the computer.
Computer:
Toshiba Qosmo X305-Q705
Vista Home Premium
Answer : Mouse Keeps Scrolling Up
LOL just fixed it. His mouse has a side scroll. The button was stuck to the left, causing it to keep scrolling to the top. I cracked it and it started to work fine! heh
