Question : Can outlook 2003 email be imported to windows 7 through mitec ?

Just upgraded from vista ultimate 32 bit to Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit (thus it is a new system, nothing brought forward).  Came across this link...http://www.mitec.cz/mailview.html.  Is this installable on windows 7 (It's free), and can my outlook 2003 emails be imported into it?  I am not sure that I want or like windows live essentials, so what else is there to use on windows 7 for email?

Since you already have it in Outlook 2003, why not just reinstall Office/Outlook 2003? It is compatible.
