Question : Can I down size a wav file?
When I add sound (WAV) to a PowerPoint file, the result is a file to large to email. Yet
I receive PPS files, with sound, that have very small file sizes. What's going on? My
PowerPoint program will only accept WAV sound files.
P.S.- Is there a way to hack received PPS files to extract the sound?
Answer : Can I down size a wav file?
Seems you can fool PP into thinking an mp3 is really a wav by using a 3rd party program...see

P.S. I haven't personally tried this.
