Question : Software from Windows 95 O/S

Hi,

Really hope somebody can helpme with this, I have a contracer cp400 machine, connected to this is an ancient pc running windows 95, this is the only computer which has the software to run the machine but I somehow want to take this software of the windows 95 computer and put it on to a different one.

Is this at all possible? Any help would be great as this is quite an urgent one due to the win 95 machine cutting out every so often.

Answer : Software from Windows 95 O/S

contact the device vendor for a newer version of the software. If they have you may use that. Otherwise it should be difficult to run a software designed for win95 on a newer operating systems. Maybe you should try to run that software on a win98 installed machine. some 95 applications do run on win98.
