Question : html emailer

My client has asked me to create an html emailer. Is this just a normal html web page? Is there any special coding required to create one? Does anyone have any tips or advice?

Yes what I posted is all you need, just add the input fields you want.

When a user fills the form, your browser will pass the data to the email software so he can send it from there.
