Question : Newly created AD user account with exchange mailbox doesnt display in ESM
Hello all,
On our exchange 2003 SP2 server, i added a new user from the active directory manager, within that wizard i chose to create a mailbox for the user and assigned it to the only server and storage group that exists. Added the user to the appropriate user groups for folder access, however ESM doesn't show creation of the mailbox.
Any advice much appreciated!
pete

You mean the SMTP and X400 address is not stampped? .... update RUS (domain RUS) and wait sometime and see if it stamps the address.
