Question : copy field value from a form to a table

I need to copy a field value from a form to different field in the table form. I am doing this because I build a form based on a table and I have some calculations in the form that wont pull into my report. The report is based on the same table.

Why don't you use a query to generate the calculated values, and base your report on the query?
