Question : Outlook Data File says "Not Available"
My co-workers .pst file has lost all of its messages. The folders are all there but no mail. The structure is still intact on the left hand side under Mail Folders with sub folders that are now empty. There is no mail for me to undelete or restore. I dont know where the .pst was being stored (potentially on a server and not on the hard drive) but now it reads not available under Data File management.
Im hoping we can just reconnect ?

Hello airforcefrank,
You need to find the PST file on the server or network. Do a search for *.pst, or use a backup PST file.
Once you find the PST file, open it as a new set of folders. In Outlook, go to File > Open.
