Question : Moving public folders from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2003 - Different Organisations
I have a peculiar task to complete; I need to move some public folders from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2003. Has anyone else done this, and if so how would one go about it?
Having done a bit of reading, the only solutions for something like this are the InterOrg tool (which requires a trust to be in place, not an option) or copying folders from public folders to Outlook and saving in a pst file. Another option would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Answer : Moving public folders from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2003 - Different Organisations
right you can create the export .pst and you can import that pst on new exchange server if it is 160MB,
(make sure you have to import it from the user account who has full aceess to public folder i.e. a member of public folder administrator group)
