Question : How to enable chat history logging on Office Communicator 2007?

We have just rolled out OCS 2007 R2, and would like to enable the clients to be able to display their chat history.

the OC client under tools - options - shows this option greyed out:
"save my instant message conversations in the Outlook Conversation history folder"

any idea how we can enable this option, or provide users with access to their chat history?

Answer : How to enable chat history logging on Office Communicator 2007?

Tools|Options and tick 'Save my instant message conversion in the Outlook...' from teh Personal tab.

This will save the text of the conversation in Outlook in a folder called  'Conversation History'
