Question : Upgrade from MSSQL 2005 Express to MSSQL 2008 Standard

Hi!
Will MSSQL 2008 standard edition upgrade an installation of MSSQL 2005 Express?
Will I loose anything in regards to my MSSQL 2005 databases, users, passwords?
Best procedure for doing this...
