Question : Prit Spooler stopping on Windows 2k3 Server

The print spooler on File & Printer server (Windows 2k3) is stopping periodically. It takes a number of trys to get the spooler up and running... and the spooler could stay operational for 2 to 3 hrs..  I have verified that the drivers are okay....
