Question : How do I make a Toast popup?

Working in .NET Windows Forms (VS 2003) and would like to use "Toast".  You know, the little popups that spring from the system tray area like toast popping up from a toaster.  MSN Messenger does them when buddies sign on/off and when you get Hotmail.  Avast! does it.  Google Mail (notifier) does it.  They are usally transparent too.

Any .NET people know how to do it?  I am doing message balloons in my .NET forms, but would prefer toast.
