Question : Excel started crashing

Does anyone know if any recent Microsoft updates are effecting Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheets in any way?

Our users have started complaining that when using formulas that link to other sheets or workbooks it is crashing Excel.  Upon testing I could confirm it - the strange thing is that the files I'm testing work fine for some users but not others and all users have the same Windows/Office updates!  I have also disabled all add-ons.
This is quite worrying though as it seems to be spreading as more and more users are reporting problems.

Answer : Excel started crashing

It was an update for Excel KB973475 - removing it solves the problem, hope this helps someone else!

Now I have to find out how to remove the update form all the desktops!
