Question : User that setup a rule via Outlook 2007 that is forwarding to a dead mailbox...
I have a user that setup a rule via Outlook 2007 that is forwarding to a dead mailbox, how do I remove it?
This is a server-side rule, and the user has his computer with him on the road, currently without office access so he can fix it himself.
It appears he setup a forwarding rule for all new messages, and the forwarding is going to a mailbox that doesn't exist anymore --- so --- they're all bounced as undeliverable.
The autoforwarding function on Exchange doesn't apply because this is internal to internal mailbox.
Is there any way via exchange to resolve this since it's a server-side rule?

if you login to his account via Outlook Web Access you can remove the rule there, under Options.
